Day 1. The Stroke

Not how I thought we’d spend our weekend. Andrew Stopps suffered a stroke on Saturday morning and was admitted into Hutt valley ED.

Funny thing about a stroke, it doesn’t feel like anything, in fact there no pain or flashing lights at all. So when I woke up as usual, on Saturday, November 27, 2021, I felt fine. That is until I got out of bed and my balance was off.
